I am currently working as a Programmer Analyst on EB3 and Using my EAD through 485.
I plan to convert to a new postition that of Senior Applications Developer in the same company where the job duties will be atleast 50% different from my existing position
But here is the problem If i am using my EAd obtained from Eb3 program Analyst position then can I work on another position which is 50% different from my existing position as per AC21 rules

Can I continue working for Company B until GC is received? or should I join company C before that?
Whats your EB3 PD. You can join company C anytime assuming that it has been more than six months since you filed your I-485. Company C can start the EB2 process should you choose to. However bear in mind that this process will also take some time.

Now you guys do not know how to deal with that and the only way to respind is to answer back with strong arm tactics.

Answer back with logical arguments and if you do not have any more logical arguments please rethink about the arguments (Do brainstorming and come up with one argument). Do not spend your valuable time working out HOW TO DISCREDIT PLAINSPEAK AND GET HIM (I am a man for you sake) OUT OF THE FORUM. Instead think about a logical argument to my post and convince me. Who is preventing people of ROW for applying H1b or Green card EB ? Employers look for availability of talent not for country of origin and anyone who competes in the global market wins. If ROW countries have less people with marketable skills or less people who want to work outside their countries,it is not the problem of Chinese or Indians. There is no logic with Employers being forced to wait for visa numbers to comply with diversity. There should be a FIFO system without any country of birth barriers. USCIS wastes more annual visa numbers due to these country caps. Lets make these guys fine tune this immigration system which is actually against the free market capitalist principles of this country.
Employers hire only based on talent, ROW people must have less marketable skills or not want to leave their countries and we need to teach the US on capitalist principles.

You are using labor substitution and also trying to use Part time work done by you in the college. Think yourself it is correct or not. I am sure it is the mistake of company. Many people in the forum are having 10 years of experience but waiting so long. So the the frustration is acceptable.
Labor substitution is not correct and injustice to those who are waiting for long time even if it is not sold. Legally it may be correct but this practice must be abolished. Only less than 10% of labor substitutions are genueine and others are causing delays to those who are waiting long time.Companies especially consulting companies are using every loophole in the immigration to make money. For example when there is no H1b they are bringing by L1 eventhough that position is not eligible for L1. Actually american system is Law to monitor companies and indivdual are so liberal and expected to follow Ethics. But nowadays in immigration they are trying to find every loophole in the immigration to increase the revenues of Company.

They should give us a condtional GC that if you buy a house in a year then your conditional GC would be a permanent otherwise it will be rejected after one year.

I think the reason people get defensive is because love for your country is an emotional topic (some might call it patriotism)...just as love for your mother (or parents) or religion or political party etc. These are deeply personal issues. When you question any of these, expect fireworks.
Many people migrate for better opportunity/ better lifestyle. Is that enough reason to question why they still love their original country? I might move from Lucknow to Bombay (for those of you who don't know these places, please substitute Wichita to New York) for the same reasons. Does it mean I stop being nostalgic about Lucknow? or stop loving it? How does migrating affect my love for the place one was born and brought up in?
Needless to mention there are people from different countries in this forum. So lets refrain from implying that people who immigrate should not love their original motherland/fatherland etc.
Actually its getting quite ridiculous now. So may I again request the moderators/ admin to pls close this thread. Thank you.

I heard this group of people - from anti immigrant organizations, plan to intercept fedex trucks going into USCIS next month sort out 485 petitions and steal them and hide them in an undisclosed location.
These people have only one aim in life. Not to allow 485 applications to reach USCIS.
When USCIS does not recieve any 485 applications, they will retrogress. Then this group of people will stop stealing the petitions.
