Meanwhile he is going to start PERM in EB3.
Got RFE before the denial.
Replied with professor letter and premium evaluations ($750).
Still USCIS insist with EDGE database. It is private, no govt backing, but they are going by that findings.
Lawyer is hopeful for the result, he have 6 year college, they questioned about the 3 year degree, but the labor is for masters, He have masters (2 year) and total 4 year combined bachelors(3+1).
They no need to look the bachelors, when the education requirement is masters.
The evaluator give 20 US universities name which gives masters degree after 5 year course (5 year integrated degree).

Question 1: If they do this, what will happen to my pending I-485, EAD & AP?
Ans: I think it will be rejected, since the 140 has been revoked.
Question 2: Lawyers are saying that they have to withdraw the LC Sub based I-140 because the job descriptions are different? Is it not possible to file a totally new I-140 and keep both of them pending?
Ans: Not sure if this is ture. There are so many people who filed in EB2 as well as EB3. Hope it will and should not be a problem. If possible do stick on to the old PD since with a 2003 LC u can get the GC 2 to 3 years earlier that the 2006. Its worth taking a risk I suppose. If the company can prove Ability to pay and your qualification matches that of the LC, then it should be ok. There is no point of withdrawing the old one.
The other option is the file the new 140 and after the approval then interfile 485 with the new and then have the old one withdrawn. If you withdraw the 140 then you will have to wait for a long long time to file ur 485 with 2006pd.

I am sorry, I did not chose my words carfully enough, it is Sugested that you atlest can make a Flexible website that anybody can update imformation. this is where XML and XSLT come in, XML can hold data and is widly used for almost anything, XSLT can transform XML into XHTML or HTML, PHP would be used for anything that you would not like to have Stadic (just look at the Server side fourm) Once again I did not pick the best words, and I am sorry for that. how we can do it? we didn't get anything last time. I have wife and 2 kids. So it will be $1800.... when I checked last time it was said that for those who didn't get last time will get it automatically when they file return for 2008. Anybody knows more about it? Please let us know.

If your kids have SSN then you will probably get around 1200, from my guess. I am sure you will not get for your spouse, for lack of SSN.

Why are you even working for such a company? You should be with a company that values your contribution and wants to keep you and cares for you, similarly you should accept GC processing from a company that you are comfortable working with.

As a result the "brain" flow to this country will decrease. And then you will see how quickly will be resolved issues like "backlog", "retrogression" etc.
This would be one of the "negative feedbacks" which, every engineer knows that, keep the system running smoothly.

I was finally able to get a doctors appointment on July 24th.
Now comes the tricky part:
Is the varicella vaccine required ? I have not had chicken pox as a child. The blood work showed that I need a chicken pox vaccine.
I went to the county health department today , and they gave me shots for tetanus, MMR, PPD, and one shot for varicella. They said that I have to come back in 30 days for another shot of varicella.
I am not sure what my doctor will say to this when I meet him on July 24th. Also, is it possible for the doctor to provide an I-693 with a statement that the varicella shot will be completed later ?

Try the following:
1. Send all the documents that are requested to the field office one more time with FedEx signature confirmation. Take InfoPass appointment and fly to the field office and see what's going on.
2. Find your local congressman/woman by using Zip Code. Call him/her and speak to person in charge of immigration matters. Take an appointment or send them all your case details and copy of all the documents. They will follow it up generally with the agency. Also, send a personal letter describing about the hardships that you are facing because of this delay.
3. Send the same package to both the senators of your state. Follow up with them by making a phone call and personal appointment.
4. Check with your employer if they have wage issues with DOL or tax issues with IRS or other RFE cases like yours in the past. Ask them if these are resolved.
The seattle, WA office or any other local office doesnt accept form I907 (which is for PP). After my case transfered to seattle, WA my employer tried to convert into PP. He sent it to USCIS, CA they said it is not with them so they can not accept it. Then he sent it to Seattle, WA with all the letters attached. From what i know, if you have an Indian Passport and a US Green card, the only countries you can travel to without any visitor/tourist visa requirements are India, USA, Canada, and Bahamas
Are there any other countries I can go to which don't require a Visa or will grant a visa on arrival?

I think switzerland does not reqire a visa (did not until few years ago). There are other Carribean countries such as Domincan Rep, Jamaica etc that don't require a visa, if you have a GC.
