For all those who are doing Online MBA/part time was any one successful in getting a financial aid through FASFA? If not FASFA what are other alternatives? like loans from bank etc?
When I applied for financial aid they told me that since I dont have my greencard Im not eligible

Using your analogy, the more Indians, Chinese, Mexicans, Filipinos stand in the checkout, the lesser the chance for ROW people to get through the checkout. So, how can you say the waiting time will be EQUAL for everyone?
I do not mean equAL waiting time, I mean FIFO. If there are indians/chinese ahead of the line, they are ahead because they got their earlier. So a 2001 Applicant Indian/Chinese is processed before a 2003 ROW. Only Fair.
Numerous different checkout lines(Quotas) are making it unfair so that a 2001 applicant is left to be adjudicated only because s/he is a chinese/phillipino/indian, whereas somebody with 2003 or later PD is adjudicated before.
Thats all I mean.
BTW, I understand that country quotas were designed to probably check growth of any one ethnic group. But I fail to understand how talent and employment based EB;s can be subjected to this, since Talent can come from anywhere.

After we come up with the final flyer with images and stuff, we should get it reviewed by IV to make sure that we don't have conflicting statements. We have to get color printouts. We can get them at Kinko's.
Who is good with PPT? Someone can work on the images? Do we want to use IV's existing images or make some new ones?

This is what I found from other web site when I tried to get more membership to IV. These are the comments I received for the IV. How can we make people aware of our good faith effort. This is another road block we are facing. Many people will not believe that our efforts in full good faith. IV needs to put more emphasis on these issues also.

Update your signature also with your pledge. This will help a lot when others see these kind of signatures. It is all psychological factor to make members feel confident about IV and to make them realize they are not the only one who contributes often.
Every member has the potential to contribute. It is not a million dollar per month. But how to make them to realize the importance and to make them feel comfortable with IV to contribute matters the most. Adding up your pledge in the signature is a most important for this one.

Yes, I believe, most companies (new employers - mid level) would not even ask and if requested and you can not provide then generally they may not make a big deal but underlying result for asking is to check if financial strength is "Good" and I-140 is approved then no problem hiring an EAD holder.

Neither is the AILA/millions of lawyers that are associated with immigration law. - Attorneys are here for a purpose, it is their living their bread and butter, they are of no one, If you spend money they can fight loosing battle for ages.

I've been current since July, 2010 and got RFE on Sept 10, 2010. I don't have letter with me as yet to know about RFE.
Before I got REF email, I waited for few weeks then tried followings:
1) Took infopass : Officer sent email to expedite.
2) Wrote to Senator: got reply they would get reply in 60-90 days
3) Sent an email via attorney to TSC: got automated response.
Waiting for RFE mail...

Unfortunately it seems that others have run into similar situations, where an employer has promised to sponsor an H1 visa and then revoked that promise. Here is an example of a similar situation, where the immigrant party is a speech pathologist in Florida: My employer promised to sponsor me for Green Card and has now withdrawn that offer. "We don't sponsor" - The favorite new phrase of most companies' HR department employees. Most of the times they don't even know what that means, but the H1-B visa has gotten such a bad rap for being so cumbersome, unjust, cruel, expensive and difficult that companies just don't want to deal with it anymore. Ask any current international student how many times this unfairness has driven them to tears. That's why they are going back home to compete against the U.S.!!!

interpreted as "Atleast 365 days in the past 3 years" if all other conditions are satisfied?
The statement does not talk about 1 full year or 1 continuous year. Also if a person's job needs him to travel to the US for a week or so every year for business before completion of 1 year in an overseas country for the same orgn/subsidiary, he would never satisfy the criteria of completing 1 year.
Pls. let me know if anyone has responded to such a situation.
