This is what my very very high profile attorney wrote in her email to me today....

And in immigration matters I trust her more than anybody in this whole country. So guys be ready and prepared. Do what u have to do. Be proactive.
My post is not to spread rumors or scare people but to help them to grab this golden opportunity.
I am ready to send papers for July 1st.

One basic note that Amway/Quixstar guys/preachers/creatures should understand is that "Not every business/job is for every one".
Few individuals can do only certain kinds of jobs. However, I notice that these Amway/Quixtar guys always project that, any dumbo can do this business (if followed rules). And also, they project that this is the only way earn money on this planet. If some one follows their own path (own ambitions), then they think that he/she is an idiot that they not joining them. For God's sake, Amway guys don't bug people. When some one said no means, Its NO. don't put pressure on strangers.
I will tell you my experience/observations with most of the Amway/Quixtar guys that I met.
1. They dream of early retirement, free money, free cruise trip, free vacations etc., where as in reality, they don't even buy good TV for them selves. I know few folks who purchased a 18 inches bathroom tv for $5.00. I am not against second hand a TV for less, but check the reality and see the difference between dreams and reality.
2. Forget about TV, it may not be an essential in life for everyone. I also noticed that they don't even purchase proper food/groceries. May be not are alike. I have see many in my past 15 years of life in US either in Bayarea or in Texas or in PA.
3. There was a Quixtar/Amway Summer conference few of years ago. I have seen 32 adult people stayed in a Single bedroom apartment (around 700 Sq Ft) for two nights. Yes, I literally counted people coming out of the door (right opposite to my apartment). I couldn't believe my eyes/brain initially but its truth.
I am not offending any one intentionally, but know the difference between reality and dreams.
These ppl just hang out at Walamart, Ikea, Malls and DMV and scour for desi ppl who are vulnerable and can be conned. The Amway guy I talked to spoke about retiring at 40 and making millions but was renting at 36 yrs himself and had a dingy old car. (I rent too but I don't plan to retire at 40 and make millions by conning ppl)

The thing is - people are crazy about USA, no matter what - so if you leave someone else will come - thats the attitude here. Exploitation to the core. The way America was built is by slavery. America became such a great country only because of slavery. There were moments in past where people revolted and found liberty - and we are all on that path. Look at the Black civil rights moment etc.
The problem with the current immigration policy that the government is forcing the companies to outsource the HI-TECK jobs and needed skilled immigrants works like RNS to Canada, and other countries. These jobs could be taken by American maybe, but now they wont have that chance.
The job that suppose to exsit and be filled by american or immigrant in the teck industry is not going to exist in the US. Instead it's going to exist in Canada for an immigrant.
The US faces huge nursing shortage, nurses are going Canada and Australia, same for PT's. US is not going to get the tax money, social security nor the jobs. High paid jobs like HI-TECK and nurses,..ect get taxed more and now this tax is going to be in anther country.
MS started outsourcing, Oracle is following. Nurses & PT's educated in the US are leaving it. This current policy is not for the greater good of the country, it's by cheer of bureaucratic incompetence.
This is going to become more than just an immigration problem. This is going to hurt the economy& health care real bad if they do not fix it.

Please do not use offensive language. Despite our disagreements we must be mature in our language. I request you to please edit your post. Moderators please delete any offensive posts on the thread since this issue will ruffle some feathers of people who are buying labor substitution. Nobody will own on the forum, because they know majority will oppose them.
There was one more person beciskillingme and he used to preach morality on this forum and how people need to be respectful and polite. Jayleno - me thinking sane is the reason you didn't hear from me in any malls/WM :) but I was a minority in BWW who believes in waiting till you find like minded people who are looking. cold contacting is just going against human instincts. you can't simply talk to a person about something to get his phone number and call them about this business next day. that is a reg flag right there. i couldn't do it and hence not with this business anymore. many of us are not ready to think about making millions in few short years. some people need to understand that you can't rub that idea with force on another human being.
in BWW terms, i was a quitter who can't take the business to the next level because I was afraid of rejection (getting a NO from prospects)..

I used to be very very active in IV campaigns and tried to get people sign up for IV activities. We had lobby days, workshops etc.... and we found it very difficult to explain or get people on board for IV activities though it is beneficial for them. Most people would give us the same treatment that they give the Ammway folks.

This is racial profiling no doubt, but for good reason after what happened on 9/11. This is an unfortunate aftermath of 9/11 and IMHO a welcome one. If it wasnt for this kind of security we would have had many more 9/11ish incidents. I am glad this is a "part of life" now, otherwise I am not have a life. When you ask "When was the last time.. a US diplomat or US socialite was frisked and detained for 2 hrs in indian airports?", that is a big problem with the state of security in India. Not just US diplomat or US socialite even our own Indian ministers and celebrities dont get frisked or detained. You feel that is right when you hear about so many scandals of the underworld-bollywood nexus or politician-mafia nexus ? Forget about the nexus, its not right even if there was no connection with mafia. Rules should apply the same to everyone.

Have heard good things about Maple Intl. We filed on our own without any agencies. It's not terribly complicated, and certainly not the nightmare that getting a US permanent residence is with its 3-step process of LCA, I-140 petition for immigrant worker and I-485 AOS (or CP).
At times I wonder why they continue with this terribly complicated process in the U.S. - it clearly isn't working, but as long as it keeps the hordes of DoL and USCIS folks employed, I guess it serves its purpose.

So your saying that I am not suffering is not soothing to me...It does not reduce my pain.....It does not convince me in any way....
Not just that...My friends who chose not to come to America now have a higher net worth than me....So coming to America has not exactly been a great thing for me....More over whatever you are saying is just salt on my wounds...nothing less than that....

Ever wonder why India is on that list. Ever wonder why out of all places only in India US visa officers are instructed to do technical interview for IT visa applicants? You are living in complete denial and trying to play the race card whenever you get an opportunity.
Fraud and corruption is prevalent everywhere incuding India and a prepondernece of the bodyshops are nothing but a factory of producing overnight "IT Talents". Accept this is as one of the problem of this retrogression.
Don't make corruption in India as an incentive to thrash Indians. Majority of Indian H1b/L1 like any other community are well skilled professionals.
