People in Quixstar and Amway can best be described as organisms who would like to prey on your humble attitude so they can eat away your wallet including your peace of mind. Like FBI, they are supposed to extract all the information about your job, relatives, wife, cousins, friends, and so on. They won't feel bad to ask as personal questions as what time you go to work, what you do on weekends, which movies you watch, what color of underwear you wear, etc. etc.

for EB3 - I guess it is good that they are not allowing concurrent /premium 140 filing ..am I right ? because if they make EB2 current and they cannot use up the visas then they would make EB3-ww available ? wishfull thinking ..but hope that it works / happens that way
Yes, that is a wishful thinking.
The issue for EB3 is this:
There is already a big backlog of EB2 cases, and unless EB2 numbers overflow to EB3, it will not advance to any appreciable extent. (also the number of filers in EB3 is higher than in EB2: including large numbers in EB3 ROW--not just highly subscribed countries).
It would be anybody's guess when EB3 will move; but my guess is: not for next 2-3 years and may be longer (I dont mean to offend anyone, this is just my guess) unless there is a change in law (likely to happen with new president).
If I were EB3 today, this is what I would do: Try to get EB2. (and I do realize that it is very expensive, time consuming and merely impossible for many EB3). When I mentioned this in one of my previous posts, I got an angry reply "then EB2 will become like EB3"....BUT THIS JUST SOMETHING FROM THE STAND POINT OF SOMEONE IN EB3....remember, i dont want people ahead of me in line either (I am EB2 and people switching from EB3 to EB2 with older priority dates will only delay MY GC; this is just an opinion from the stand point of EB3).

Well said. It is similar to Bill Clinton takes credit for revolution in IT area. It is all time. Gujarat prospered becuse of successful bussiness minded people. Growth was aided by high demand for export. I agree with you that though a guy has a great leadership skills, commanding speech, great administartive and management skills, if he commited/aided the crime, he has no right to hold the office. See the Alska Senator..He was one of the most successful politician and elected many times from alska for Senate. Its time to wake up. The writing is on the wall. I have been stuck in EB3 since 2005 and i dont see myself getting a GC anytime soon. The only way the govt here will realise how much we contribute to this economy is, When we will start leaving in droves.
I got my PR to Canada in 8 months and am already applying for job's there. I think i am done with this system, there are way too many people running after way few GC's. And USCIS knows it, we are a bunch of brown people sitting on our knees begging for GC. We have become the slaves of 21'st century, and i am gonna break free from it. More of us do so, better it would be. If US wants to loose all educated hard working people to Canada, Australia and other countries, so be it.

Although as a business person I look at skill rather then nationality; I do know enough about immigration that there is a good purpose behind country limits. What are the chances of such a relief being provided?

Every time I hear "Canadian taxes are so much higher", I respond back with "really ? how much are you paying a month for health insurance?". I suggest a typical breadwinner with spouse + 2 dependents is probably paying $500 / mo + in health insurance premiums.
