Maybe USCIS thinks that our cases mayn't become approvable within the next 15 months. This is just my theory, because I see lot of people have got FP but with early PD's

Their way of getting here may be illegal but when the amnesty is passed every so many years and they are allowed to just adjust their status with no questions asked, they are getting their GC as legally as it can get. They also get their GC only after it's legal to do so. They don't go and print one. They get it legally.
Again, it's the system/law that let's them do that. It's perfectly legal but they are cutting in line and that's where the problem is.

I am still waiting for FP notice, i got my EAD/AP/RD, for both of us.
It was filed @ NSC on July 6th, ---> CSC -----> NSC. I got my LUd on 09/21 last on our 485.

Lot of people love him. They believe him, his expressions, his anger, he manages to get the fire out of people using his rants.
If there is a media drive, I am sure other media will love to rape him and that may work against CNN and CNN will start watching things closely.
This can be just a start but I think we must target this guy - I am sure he will start turning tables and flip flop ...
Remember, America is all about law suits and every corporate makes itself immune from Lawsuit but youtube, google, internet and media is something they cannot immune themsleves from.

Talked to an io at neb sc.within 5 sec of me starting to talk the ffice interuppted and she apologosed for doing that and said because of huge vol of appli there is a delay in the receipt notice.i SAID I AM july 2 nd filer and she said it might be in the first week of aug..(i had said the same thing in my earlier post too after i spoke toa diff officer)..She asked to keep checking the check clearnace.

they have delayed processing time so more people will file for premium processing and they earn more money. H1b quota is not filling up and all of a sudden processing time went from 2 to 6-7 months in 1 month. Because so many people ( h1 - h4 ) might be travelling in dec - jan season. Come back in feb - march and processing time will be again 2 months.
ICPS printing problems , Delays in approving will happen even if they make premium - join me in this drive if your EAD Card approved and still waiting... we need more people... let the word spread ASAP.

Too much visiblity may not be good. Anti immigrants also will do more aggressively. Illegal immigrants also doing rally every year May 1. But they cannot impress congress though they have powerful lobby. Congress is divided based on their area people opinion. When congress changes and more pro immigrant members are there in congress then bills will be passed easily. Now the surprise is no single immigration bill is coming atleast for voting. Then only we can find whether those bills have support or not.

"Our country needs security at our borders in order to slow the flow of illegal immigration and make America safer from foreign criminals and terrorists," said Mr. Frist, of Tennessee.
Mr. Frist said he had decided to pre-empt the Judiciary Committee's work to ensure that the Senate meet his goal of holding a vote on immigration the week of March 27. He said the committee's legislation could replace his bill as the starting point for a floor debate if the senators completed their work in time.
The decision put him at odds with Senator Arlen Specter, the Pennsylvania Republican who is chairman of the Judiciary Committee, and highlighted divisions within the Republican Party over immigration.
"I think it is a colossal mistake to take this to the floor," Mr. Specter said early on Thursday. He sounded more conciliatory after meeting with Mr. Frist. I completely agree with JK...i work here in Phoenix in a construction company, and many of the legal immigrants (including Latinos, indians etc....brown skin people) have started to worry about this bill becoming law....every other person in our company have experienced what this would bring us....
We have been working in various cities here in AZ, and travel is a must for us...
Once, while I was driving to Tucson for a project inspection, i was stopped by border patrol agents at 2 different locations....i mean to say, they were not stationed in a booth or any thing, they had patrol cars just like cops....they just park their car on the shoulder, and wait for any brown guy driving across....
Infact, one border patrol agent followed me for about 2 miles, then drove right next to me, again slowed down to get behind me, and turned on the lights...so, I had to stop....luckily, i had my EAD card, which is always keep in my wallet, even though I am on H1-B....however, he insisted that we (as in legal immigrants) should carry our passports (Original and not a copy) with us when we travel...which is totally rediculous!!!!!
what irritates me is that these guys don't even understand what an EAD is.....he was expecting that I should have a visa inorder to be in the US....it took almost 25 to 30 mins to explain my status (H1-B, but not stamped in my passport)....that an approved H1-B petition is enough to stay and work in the US.....HE JUST DIDN'T GET IT!!!!!....in the end, this guy, as though he was doing a great favor to me, said that he is allowing me to travel on humanitarian grounds and with a warning....f&*k*&^ bull%^&*......

I just don't know what to say!!!!!! is it their lack of common sense, or knowledge, or is it just plain blunt racial profiling???????

Citizens want to either start consulting companies and get H1B employees or want to stop more Indians coming. More Indians mean less jobs for their children.
Green card holders do not even want to be friends with H1B.
H1B do not want to be friends with F1.
H1 girls want to be married to citizen or Green card holders. Or someone with EB2 PD.
Green card IV members do not even want to come back here.
